CELOTTI WORKFORCE is seeking an experienced FIFO Electrical Superintendent to lead the safe and effective management of electrical infrastructure across a major mining operation in the Northern Territory. Responsibilities: Act as Electrical Superintendent reporting to site senior leadership Provide visible safety leadership and embed a proactive safety culture across all electrical operations Lead and manage electrical infrastructure across Mill and Port operations Oversee maintenance execution including scheduling, condition monitoring, spares management, life extension and replacement planning Manage instrumentation, control systems, and site based IT and communications networks Ensure compliance with all statutory, environmental, licensing, and electrical obligations Drive continuous improvement initiatives with measurable operational outcomes Manage financial performance including budgets, cost control, and forecasting Lead, mentor, and develop a high performing electrical team focused on safe and efficient delivery Coordinate contractors, resources, and internal stakeholders to support operational and project requirements Our Ideal Candidate: Trade or Degree qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline High Voltage Switching qualification Minimum 10 years experience in electrical infrastructure management within mining or minerals processing Strong technical capability across asset maintenance systems and electrical infrastructure Demonstrated understanding of minerals processing systems and operational interdependencies Proven leadership experience managing teams, systems, and performance Strong knowledge of safety, risk, and compliance frameworks Ability to successfully pass all required background and site checks What’s On Offer: Roster of 9 days on and 5 days off with flights in Wednesday morning and out Thursday morning Salary range : From 195k -220k 13% superannuation allowances FIFO from Darwin preferred; however, interstate candidates are encouraged to apply.
